Shipping policy

✅ Order Processing

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

🚚 Delivery Confirmation

We rely on real-time tracking updates provided by our shipping carriers. Once a package is marked “Delivered”, our responsibility ends, and the order is considered fulfilled.

Please ensure your shipping address is secure and accessible. Senchoju is not responsible for any loss, theft, or misplacement of packages after carrier-confirmed delivery.

If you have any specific delivery instructions (such as “leave at side door” or “do not ring the bell”), please include them in the Order Special Instructions box in your cart before checkout. While we will do our best to pass along your request to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that all instructions will be followed.

🕵️ If Your Package Is Marked “Delivered” But You Didn’t Receive It

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, apartment lobby, or community mailbox.
  2. Ask household members, neighbors, or building managers.
  3. Wait 24–48 hours — some carriers mark a package as “Delivered” shortly before actual drop-off.

If the package remains missing, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to assist, including contacting the shipping carrier for an investigation. However, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.

🔒 Loss Protection

All orders from Senchoju include delivery protection — no extra fees, no extra steps.

📦 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked “Delivered” but never received, we offer a one-time resend or resolution per customer. Please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery scan so we can investigate promptly.

📸 Missing Items Upon Delivery

If you believe an item is missing from your order, you must provide a full unboxing video showing:

  • The unopened package
  • The shipping label clearly visible
  • The full unboxing process in one continuous shot

Without this video, we unfortunately cannot verify or process any missing item claims.

🌎 Shipping Area

We currently ship within Canada and to select international regions. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, forwarding addresses, or commercial freight locations.

📹 Unboxing Policy

For quality and fraud prevention reasons, we kindly ask all customers to film a short video while unboxing their order.

This helps verify that the package was received in good condition, sealed, and complete.

In case of any missing or damaged items, we are only able to process a replacement if a full unboxing video is provided from the moment the package is unopened.

If your package is delivered by hand (not dropped off), please inspect and report any visible issues to the delivery person immediately. We are unable to accept claims made after the package has been brought indoors and opened without verification.
